The Pater Bobcat team did a fantastic job removing our old deck and concrete. I was surprised to see such a high level of care for our property. They laid out large metal plates for the equipment to drive on so it wouldn't harm the grass. They delicately removed large slabs of concrete and our deck and painstakingly cleaned everything when they left so that it looked better than when they arrived. They raked, swept and even used a leaf blower to make sure all the debris was gone. Thank you!

We needed some major excavation of our yard and a new driveway put in. Chad was super helpful, professional and very easy to work with. They took our trashed yard and made it into a place we can now enjoy. They also scheduled the concrete work for our driveway to make it a seamless project for us. I've used pater bobcat on 20 plus jobs. They do a great job!

We had an estimate to close our pool back in April. We decided to go through with the work in May, and we were fit into the schedule for a demolition in June. The work took about four hours and the result was excellent. They went further than just tearing up the concrete and filling in the pool. The rocks and gardens around our pool were all cleaned up as well and the entire surrounding area was covered in new dirt and graded. Considering the price of the material and the number of guys they had working, the cost was incredibly reasonable. I'd recommend them to anyone looking to close a pool.

We had Pater Bobcat remove my garage floor and prep for a new floor. They did a great job, everything was cleaned up when they were done and they didn't crack my driveway in the process. I would definitely hire them again.
